"The Immortals" by Alison Noël
"The Immortals" is a book about Ever and Damen, they are immortals and are desperate to be together.
Ever had an horrible accident with her mom, her dad, her sister and her dog : Caramel. She survived but not her family. After her accident Ever can see auras, hear people’s thoughts, and know a person’s life story just by touch. She can see her sister who is dead. Her aunt adopts her after the accident.
At school, she met Damen, a beautiful immortal. She was immediately attracted by him.
She will discover she is an immortal like Damen, and her destiny is linked to him. Ever and Damen are desperate to be together but they can't live together because Roman, an immortal villain, separated them by a curse. Damen can't touch Ever otherwise Damen will die.
So during the story, they will try to live together.
Personally, I love this book ! Damen tries to learn to Ever to live with her powers. They will fall in love together but they can't live their love story because of Roman's curse.
So I recommend to you this book if you like love story and the suspense.
